The Greening

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment has published a document that provides answers to frequently asked questions regarding payment for practices beneficial for the climate and the environment, also known as greening or "green payment". The greening or green payment has been incorporated in the latest reform of the CAP and will take effect in the next grant application 2015 The paper aims to clarify any doubts that they may pose to farmers in the next planting season and thereby facilitate the decision-making for this fall and put in place the environmental practices that are relevant to them to collect the payment in 2015.

Specifically, this informative document clarifies the following:

What is the payment for practices beneficial for the climate and the environment?
How much you will charge for the "green payment" and how they financed?
Who can be a beneficiary and what environmental practices must respect?

When two crops are different in order to comply with the diversification?
